Q. How do I sign up for a workshop?

A. Click on Join the Fun and browse our calendar for all our scheduled events. Click on the workshop you want and it will take you to the reservation form. Once registered you will receive a confirmation email. You can also stop by our studio or call us and we can get you registered.

Q. Do you require pre-payment for workshops?

A. Yes, all events require pre-registration and payment. This ensures we have the proper materials and staffing for an enjoyable experience for all.  

Q. Can we bring alcohol and snacks?

A. Yes, you can bring drink and snack of your choice. We also have a coffee and sandwich shop located within walking distance.  

Q. Is there a cancellation policy?

A. Yes, if you must cancel, we need at least a 48 hour notice for a refund, subject to a $5 cancellation fee. (Refund will be given at the time of cancellation minus applicable fees.) A store credit will be given 24 hours before class and less than 24 hours before the class start time or "No Shows" will not receive a refund or store credit. Note: Private Parties must provide notice of cancellation 72 hours prior to the event, subject to a $5 cancellation fee. 


Q. Do you cancel classes if low participation for open workshops?

A. No, we do not. We hold classes whether we have 1 person sign up or 30.


Q. Do you cancel classes if bad weather?

A. That depends on the weather, class size and feedback from customers. If in doubt please contact our studio. In the event we do decided to cancel a class we will inform all participants and a refund will be given. If you decided to not join us, please see cancellation policy above.

Q. Can anyone paint, even if you have never painted before?

A. Absolutely! Our studio artists can help you create a beautiful painting or ceramic piece with little to no experience.


Q. How long are the classes?

A. This depends on the painting. We schedule all our classes in 2 hours blocks. Many painting may take over the 2 hours, but no worries we never rush our artists. 


Q. Do you do off site classes?

A. Yes we do, minimum participation applies. Contact us, we'd love to talk to you more about this! 

Q.  Do you work with schools and teachers on events or special pricing?

A. YES! Contact us, we'd love to talk to you more about this. 

Q. How long does it take for my ceramic piece to be fired?

A. Approximate turn around time is 7-10 days. 

Q. We are from out of town, do you have anything that we could paint?

A. Absolutely. We have canvas painting, wood painting and paint and take ceramics (to go pottery coming soon.) 

 Q. Do I need to reserve a time to come and paint?

A.  That depends on what you would like to paint. Canvas painting we offer 3 ways to paint (see more information under the Canvas Painting tab), pallet board art we only offer during open and private workshops at this time and ceramics you can come in and paint at any time! 

Q. Is there an age limit?

A. Absolutely not! We have friends of all ages that visit us.
